Little Quirks

Tilly likes to line up her Playmobil And have her dinosaurs over for dinner. Then line them up for Evie. Evie likes to suck her fingers. And smile for the camera!

Evie

The general consensus is that Evie and Stevie look a lot alike,
that Tilly loves her little sis....
and that little sis is not so sure!

I just have to say....

...that my little girl is mega-cute!! Look at the pose.... what a doll!
Thanks to Heather and Kristie for the photos (that I didn't ask if I could use...) But really, they are all mega-cuties though aren't they?

A bit more

I forgot that I had some of Heather's photos from her camera on my computer, so here are some more....

Afterwards -

We went to Yum Cha. We were at the Sheraton to say goodbye to the Hammonds and thought we would swing over to the Hotel Royal to have our favourite Yum Cha. Love that restaurant.
A speciality of Yum Cha is chook's feet, very elaborately named Phoenix Claw. I just call it how it is, chook's foot. Tilly asked Steve could she try it one day. I said, I don't think so Tills, that's chook's feet. And they both looked at me a long time, puzzled. And Daddy finally said, So?? And I said, Oh well, go ahead, who am I to tell you what you might or might not like? And she tried it, and ho hum, she loves it.
Perhaps Evie will take after mummy in the food preferences department, coz it sure would be nice for someone in this household to like potatoes and a boring old sandwhich every now and then as opposed to "Phoenix Claw".

Sweet Smiles for Daddy

Heather's visit

Nice family pic. However we generally tend to look more like this......
So excellent to see Chad today.
It's a good thing to have good friends.
Tills loves Mr. Chad.
Precious Noa, what a doll!!!
Mia Joy, Sarah May and Matilda.
Loved having you at our house Heather. As we drove from the hotel today Steve said, "Wow, they came and they went and it was a breeze!" You guys were the perfect guests, come back any time.
Chad rightly mentioned that Lili and Tilly and Noa and Evie are all fairly equally set apart. We've tentatively arranged to swap dates as to the next lot. Ha, just joking.
Not unlike her mother, Evie has a real soft spot for Nykolas.
Lili and Tills playing school. Both of them are rather bossy and are excellent entertainment.
These two really seemed to enjoy each other.
Nykolas, Mia, Lili, Sarah and Tills enjoying popcorn and Toy Story 3.

Photo Catchup Part 2

Evie has a lot of tummy time, and therefore can put her head up quite well. Oh and note the gorgeous quilt Auntie Linda made for Tills. Though Evie sleeps under the pink blanket made by Ethnee, now that the weather has turned. Don't be fooled peeps..... this lasted all of two minutes. Though who am I to complain. She now sleeps from between 7 and 8 in the evening until between 5 and 6 the next morning. Mama is getting herself some good sleep in!!
Sometimes Tills will set up camp beside her and just play. I can't wait for them to be able to play together.
During evening song time, Tilly will prepare her teddies for the night.
