Birthday party ~ actually just a small playdate..

Thanks to Heather for her flashstick thingy with these last few photos. I can't find ours and haven't been updating recently as we haven't put the computers up in the study yet. So I'm typing on the notebook on a box all crouched over.

Comforting a friend

Lili is a sweetie, she's such a 'mommy', taking care of everything and everyone. This is Tilly after a fall on the day we moved. Heather kindly took her for me all day while I pretended I was getting my house in order. We visited them this afternoon and Tilly, Lili and her other friend Sarah Bear all had a bath. Sarah was out pretty quickly then Tilly looked at Lili and asked her, "Can Tilly get out?" in those exact words. To which Lili replied, "Ummmm, yeah!" with a great deal of head nodding in approval. Then they stood naked in front of the sink on a stool eating toothpaste and nodding at various things.

Uncle Mitchy's Cakes

Uncle Mitchy you are forever fondly remembered as the man with the pink patty cakes. Whenever Tilly sees these pictures on her cards (smartie cookies and ice cream sundaes?) she runs around the house saying, 'Uncle Mitchy's cakes'.

Steven The Mover on TV

If you ever wanted to see a man carry a large fridge on his back, or a piano up a narrow flight of stairs, you can watch this. This is my hubby, filmed last year I think. Steve went through this period of being chased around by all forms of media. Radio, magazines, TV. It was kind of strange. Anyway, it's a nice piece of him moving some clients from Australia. They speak about him on there so there is some English to hear. I wish I knew how to save the clip on to my computer, but am not that clever.
