Not a lot of great photos to share of this part of our Hua Lian trip. However, we each rented bicycles and rode around a very gorgeous lake. Nan and Pop were scooting well ahead of us, so perhaps that's why we have no photos of it! And the only other photos had me and my wobbly bits on a bike with Evie. So, here's the lake.
Here's someone who didn't mind getting her wobbly bits out.... An interesting restaurant and workshop we visited of the local Aboriginal people in the area. The wood carvings were all hand crafted by the 'boss lady' of the place and were really lovely.
Dang. Get it. Aboriginal Mama. I like the angry "give me my boo-boo" face on that baby. I once saw a traditional Korean nursing dress and it was basically a dress with holes cut out for the breasts. Completely exposed. And I sometimes think it would just be easier for the nursing mother if it was completely acceptable for us to walk around topless. Stupid modern society.
ReplyDeleteme and topless.... too much wobbly. holes cut out for feeding, i can totally dig it.
